Wi-LAN Licensing Program Squeezes More Money Out of Customers

Wi-LAN Inc. (TSX:WIN), a leading group of patent enforcement attorneys, announced that it has signed four more license agreements for its V-chip technology, bringing the number of companies under license to 90. The Company has signed license agreements for its U.S. V-chip patent with Changzhou Xingqiu Electronic Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Jiuzhou Electric Group Co. Ltd., CAST Information Co., Ltd. and Skardin Industrial Corp. These agreements each provide for the payment of running royalties for the life of the patent.
